DAY1- OCT 1
I like the building drawing and fashion illustration we done today, but not making. I know that I’m not really good at making things in very short time; finding interesting shape,drawing with different materials and thinking new idea is what I’m good at.
I choose those building not only because of their interesting shape(some are fluently some are in cubes)but also colour( I really love the pink building,it’s so cute and catch people eyes)
I have some interesting idea while It’s hard for me to make it out .The shape and the feeling
is not I want that I think in my head,it’s totally different.
I don’t like what I done today it’s just like a gnome with a big coat! I have draw my idea in my head and the one that I did into final work, I want to compare how it’s different and try more harder in paper(material)
While I think I did well in small sculpture,but I made it more like product design(you can put some tomatos inside)
The project that we done today is really interesting,I like to try anything although I’m not really good at it,but can make me more open mind)
DAY2-OCT2
I thought we need to make clothe or using fabric in our work, while actually we drawing for all day.
To observe the items we brought and draw them down on the paper,to train my drawing skills, and let me understand that 'drawing' is quite important to fashion and textiles.
I think "reprint" is the most interesting part today. Putting the illustrate that I drew at first on the machine which have light can project what I drew on the wall(I don't know what is the name of the machine called)
To trace the shadow can make totally different but beautiful art work ;I had mix 4 different illustrate together and make them into pattern ( there is a tiger face on it)
I don't like to make my art work too abstract , so I drew a mask on my work(but it turn into a tiger) to make it catching people's eyes.
I have learned that fashion and textile not only tariloring but also creating new pattern( and I very love drawing)
To observe the pattern on the clothe also can aprove my work on graphic design(to make the picture more focus on what fashion designer want to display)
DAY2.5-OCT3
We stay at school to combine our work we done on tuesday.
Drew them on the brown paper and make it into a clothe( we use Katy's idea,just because her idea that she did in monday is most interesting)
The pattern on the paper is very fluent while the clothe we made is quite shapely.AT first we thought the work will be conflict but actually not.
But I think the most amazing part is we mix all our different idea together, and the work still success and it look well.
TEAM WORK IS NICE IF WE FIND GOOD PARTNER
DAY3-OCT3
Morning-fashion illustration and styling
I love fashion illustrate,to see how fabric move and display when model are posing ; Its a challenge that we I have to draw when model are walking on the runway, I have to catch all the detail in one moment.
When I was drawing down the clothe which on the model,I can discover more detail(and I have explore more idea on the sketchbook,I have combine different fabric from different model on the sketchbook.)
AFTERNOON- making time!
Just like what we done on Tuesday(team work),we decide to combine our idea(illustrate) into a clothe, just like the layering of the collaboration of all of us.
Not rape all over the body( if we use raping people can't see all the interesting on the clothe), we want our work to stand out(like statue) so people can see our work in different side and different way.
The hardest part
I feel the most difficult part is make your work into a wearable clothe.the drawing part is easy for me (textile )
I'm struggling with making 3D things so I have given lots of idea in our 2D work.
I have to say that the painting we did today is good , every one put their idea inside the work and mix them together, I think it's more creative than doing by oneself
