JW Anderson Gives Young Photographers a chance to show themselves.
This is a book that including all the competitor but not only the winner.
I haven't bought the book yet, but I'm very interested in this book.I believe that all the competitor are talent and having amazing artwork; lots of different styles and different thinking are in this book is the most important reason that why I want to get this book.
I like that designer choosing a young artist to be the partner because I think 'new and young' can create something that people never thought before.
The work inside the book isn't perfect, so I will like to start taking pictures every day (the new things I see, or new idea), try to use a basic tool(cellphone) to make an artwork.
ID MAGAZINE
I find out that Id magazine has created their own style on the cover"close one eye", it'a very successful.
Closing one eye is a symbol of ID magazine(everyone will know close one eye=ID)
Not only inside the magazine have series of clothes or styling, if we collect all the magazines together they will become a series, too.
closing one eye isn't that special to ID anymore, they try to draw fack eye, using a spider to cover the eye etc...; I'm so excited that they try to create more idea in the cover.
I would lie to try using meanings or symbol in my work, and become a series, I think it will be more interesting and can be different to others.
TIM WALKER
I have know this artist for a long time ,and this is the first picture that made me know him.I love his picture because its just like dark story tell,creepy but beautiful.
The most interesting is all of the scene and props were made in real (not computer-aided)
I like the way Tim Walker portrayed fashion photograph ,just like telling a story (just like the different between American vogue cover and Italian vogue cover )
He said(butterfly cuteher): “I think I want a series of pictures that really means something to me,from the heart,them I’ll believe in then.Believe in them when I am thinking them and believe in them when I am printing them.What comes from the heart touches hearts “
This words make me think about what I done in my work too.I should do the work that everyone will like or I should do for myself my heart.
It’s seems hard and takes long time to do so many props ,but he did it.He combined story, fashion and “Tim Walker’s style” successfully;make him become one of the world’s leading fashion photographers.

I love the artwork because it not only creates a sculptor, he makes a huge sculpture and paint all the room.
Doll's hair is full of the room, and the characters are all over her hair.
The color is so vivid, I feel a little creepy and cute.
There just like a comic(with the story) on her hair, but not only pictures,I think the artist wants to show that its a wonderland, you can think many crazy and incredible things in this space.
I would like to try using "all the space in my work".I think not only the object of the work, but also the setting of the work, the space design, think about how the audience will act(or do ) in this space is very important to the designer, too.

I'm always loving illustration combine with fashion, it makes illustration jump out of 2D.
Using a different way to display fashion is interesting too, and the way he does fashion illustration is different from others.
This is what I want to try and want to do, illustrator not only works with the comic but also work with textile, package design, poster design etc....
I would like to try to draw my work on my bag or boots, I want to "wear my work" but not only but them in the sketchbook.

“Simple but elegant” is the first thinking run out of my head when I saw her work.
Only using a few colors but it shows powerful.
Cooperate with Human After All, design some posters for British Academy Flim Awards; the most interesting is you can see that she using shadows to tell a different story, makes work alive and make people introspection.
Until now, my illustration is detailed but not simple, I will like to try this kind of style in graphic design .but for illustration I will still kip my own style.
